Choate Equine Services is the working program of Brennan Choate — horseman, trainer, and lifelong student of practical, foundation-based horsemanship.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in the equine industry, Brennan began riding as a toddler under parents who valued versatility, feel, and strong fundamentals. From an early age, he was immersed in multiple facets of the horse world, shaping a balanced, hands-on understanding that extends beyond any single discipline.

That breadth became a defining strength.

Over the years, Brennan has studied respected horsemen such as Ken McNabb and Clinton Anderson, both known for their emphasis on clarity, consistency, and foundational work. While influenced by proven programs, he does not operate from a branded system. Instead, he draws from time-tested principles and applies them through practical, real-world experience.
His program is structured, straightforward, and repeatable.
